Shipping FAQ  

When will my order ship?

We will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Unfortunately, BAGGU cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or shipping service interruptions.


Will I get a tracking number?

As soon as your order is processed and packed you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your tracking status.


Where will my order ship from?

All products ship from our warehouse in California, 90623.


What are my shipping options?

You will have the option to choose from a variety of carriers and shipping methods at checkout. We offer shipping methods via USPS, FedEx, and UPS for shipments within the U.S.


Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to offer International Shipping for shipping outside of the US via Fedex. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically upon checkout. BAGGU is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. To calculate import costs, please contact your country's Customs office directly.


Can I use my own shipper account?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship on your account, however, we pass through actual shipping costs and have negotiated competitive rates with our carriers. 




Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on wholesale purchases.


What if an item is damaged?

We stand behind our products! If you have received damaged or imperfect merchandise, please contact us immediately so we can exchange your items.
